Bedroom 1 with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning/heating.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning/heating.

En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1. Bath with shower over, glass shower screen, bidet, toilet and wash hand basin.

Kitchen:

Fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, grill/oven, stainless steel cooker hood, a wide variety of crockery, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, hoover.

Lounge/dining Room:

Lounge/dining room with air-conditioning/heating, table with seating for 6, sofa which can be used as double bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, Satellite TV, music system with USB port and MMC slot. Playstation 2 with various games & controllers.

Other:

Two rooftop terraces providing all day sunshine.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:

Bathroom towels and beach towels included and all linen. Apartment cleaned prior to arrival with clean towels and linen.

Air-conditioning and Heating:

Air-conditioning which can also act as heating in both bedrooms and lounge/dining room.

Accessibility

Apartment not suitable for wheelchairs due to internal staircases.

Outside

Apartment is situated within a gated, secure complex. Shared pool for use in summer months, well cared for lawned area suitable for sun worshippers, surrounded by orange trees and palm trees. Apartment has 2 roof terraces so sunshine available all day. Patio furniture includes 6 seater wooden table and chairs, loungers, large parasol, barbecue and a fridge.

Coast/Beach

Local beaches within 15 minute drive. Further beaches at Almuñecar 25 minutes by car. Lots of little coves around the area. Aqua Parc available at Almuñecar.

Golf

Golf available within 15 minutes drive.

Skiing

Sierra Nevada ski resort 45 minutes by car. The ski season runs from December to April inclusive.

Travel

Car hire recommended although excellent bus services available to all major towns from the village. Nearest airport is Granada which is 40 minutes drive. Malaga airport is 80 minutes drive.

Granada (Alhambra Palace) - 30 minutes.

Granada Airport - 40 minutes.

Malaga Airport - 1 hour 20 minutes.

Almeria Airport - 1 hour 30 minutes.

Local amenities including bars, restaurants, well stocked supermarket, shops, banks, and take aways. Area ideal for using as a base for walking holidays. Cycling, climbing, kite surfing, scuba diving are all available within the local area.
